Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson now parting ways
Popular kapamilya loveteam Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson will soon part their ways as Star Cinema together with VIVA films is on the planning stage for an upcoming movie to be led by Judy Ann Santos and Sarah Geronimo with Gerald Anderson being highly considered to be the leading man. Solid fans of Kim and Gerald that are known as “Kimerald” are now mocking pop princess, Sarah Geronimo since the fellow kapamilya singer –actress is soon to be paired along with Gerald.
The sudden twists and changes of career plans of their mother network, ABS-CBN who honed them to be the best in their craft was not readily accepted by the fans. Likewise to both of them, Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson also felt a lot of sadness since they’ve been working together as a loveteam since their Pinoy Big Brother days years ago. But maybe, time had just come for the two Kapamilya stars to explore themselves for growth. Base from most of the write-ups, Kim Chiu will also be paired with kapamilya hunk actor, Derek Ramsey on a separate movie under Star Cinema.
The only fear that makes the fans of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson a bit angry is what if the movie of Sarah and Gerald becomes a blockbuster hit? What would happen to Kim? Some are confident that whatever happens, even if the movie becomes a full success or a not so, Gerald Anderson will always find his way back to Kim Chui as his original and true loveteam.
