Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual Movie went “Down Under”
After two weeks of the opening day of Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual Movie, Love Me Again (Land down under), it seems to be that the great expectations of Star Cinema from it was indeed a failure. Though the premiere night of Angel and Piolo movie was fully supported and certified “jam packed” when they held it at SM Megamall, there was a big decline in the audience in its second day. There were lots of good and bad feedbacks from the movie, but the overall rating was, the movie is still good enough. The movie is not a typical “Kilig Love Story” compared to Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz’ “A very special Love” since the theme of Love Me Again is slightly different according to the movie critics.
Angel Locsin showed her distinct acting skills as well as Piolo Pascual in the movie, but despite their efforts, the movie did not meet its expected income. Write-ups in the tabloids say that the movie was already got pirated and it’s already available in every store who was selling illegal CD’s. Why go to the movies and spend so much money if you can get a copy in cheaper price? – Typical reasons of Pinoys. Above all of the speculations, is it really piracy the main reason why the movie flopped? Or because Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual lacks the so-called “chemistry” as a love team? Just asking…

sa tingin ko ok naman ang tambalan ni angel and piolo.. yun nga lang yung story is medyo non realistic… mas gugustuhin kong manood ng movie na alam kong may bahid ng realidad.. or maybe ako lang ang may gusto nitong tema na ito… hmmm..
