Arnel Pineda welcomes the American Rock Band Journey in Manila
Pinoy lead vocalist of the American rock band Journey, Arnel Pineda welcomed the rest of his bandmates composing of Neal Schon, Ross Valory, Jonathan Cain and Deen Castronovo yesterday morning, (March 1) at the NAIA terminal 2 who came all the way from San Francisco, California U.S.A.
The Journey is set to have their very first concert tour here in Manila this coming March 14 but prior to that, they are first scheduled to have their concert in Japan particularly in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka. The Journey will be having their major rehearsals for four straight days according to the talented pinoy lead vocalist Arnel Pineda.
Journey was formed in 1973 in San Francisco, California with their original vocalist, Steve Perry (1977-1998). In December of 2007, Journey hired Filipino singer, Arnel Pineda who was just discovered by Neal Schon in Youtube doing cover songs of their band. Journey’s chart topping and timeless hits includes, Open Arms, Don’t Stop Believing, Anyway You Want It, Faithfully, When You Love a Woman and a lot more.

Journey is one of my favorite band and having Arnel with them makes me more like them. I hope you can give us update on their concert held in PI last March 14, 2009.
