The unexpected incident happened in the previous 2nd grand press conference of “Desperadas 2”, Regal Entertainments’ official entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival held at the Imperial Palace Suites last December 15. Marian Rivera was the last one to arrive in the said presscon wearing her ‘cast’ in her injured foot where she got from an accident while filming her other movie, “Shake Rattle and Roll X” which is also Regal’s second entry to MMFF. Marian was then asked by the press about her reaction from former Kapuso star, now a Kapamilya, Karylle where the singer-actress answered a very intriguing ‘smile’ from the ‘tough ten” question of Boy Abunda about Marian Rivera’s alleged issue of pregnancy.

Marian Rivera emotionally answered the question by saying, “I’m not pregnant! And if ever that I am, I would tell it, but I’m not”.  She even revealed that she got really offended by Karylle’s ‘smiling’ answer to the issue. “She should’ve answered it as, I don’t know or I’m not in the right position to answer that because she knows the truth and the real answer. Her smile really implies malice that’s why I got hurt.” Marian cries.
