Hayden Kho to file a case against former mayor and ex-cop Abner Afuang

Controversial celebrity cosmetic doctor Hayden Kho is reportedly planning to file a complaint against former Pagsanjan Laguna mayor and ex-cop, Abner Afuang who stole a scene during the senate inquiry of the sex video scandal issue giving Kho a water splash on his head while passing at the back of the doctor.

Dr. Hayden Kho who is now facing a public senate inquiry for the Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho sex video scandal and other women involving commercial model and new comer kapamilya actress, Maricar Reyes and a certain Brazilian model unaware that they were caught on cam sharing intimate and private moments with the doctor. During the senate inquiry last May 28, 2009, Abner Afuang poured out a bottled drinking water to Hayden’s head while the doctor was sitting on his chair beside his lawyers inside the senate hall. Afuang, who also used to write in a certain tabloid, had his “media pass” that is why the ex-cop and former mayor had his bare chance to enter inside the session hall. Senator Jamby Madrigal who also stands as the chairperson for the ethics committee commanded to arrest Afuang at that very moment.

According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, legal counsel of Dr. Hayden Kho, they are planning to file a slander case against Abner Afuang who distracted and disturbed the proceedings of the senate inquiry. As defined by the law, Slander is a performance of any act which shall cast dishonor, discreet or contempt upon another person.

On the other hand, Abner Afuang gave his side about the incident happened and according to the ex-cop, “Wala akong rule of law na gagamitin dyan, hindi ako papayag na dumami ang lahi nyan!”(Referring to Dr. Hayden Kho) says the former mayor of Pagsanjan Laguna.
