Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2 2nd Gala Night: Who do you think deserves another chance?
The Pinoy dream academy season 2 aired its 2nd gala night last Saturday, June 28 which 15 of the scholars performed their own rendition of the songs that they personally chose.
I wasn’t able to watch the performance of all the scholars that night but thanks to youtube, I’ve witnessed the entire presentation.
Among the 15 scholars, (minus chivas the guy from Negros Oriental who voluntarily made his exit because of health problems.. (good decision either.) Liezel from dubai (but representing Puerto galera) was chosen to be the star scholar that night by the resident judges made up of Mr. Louie Ocampo,Isay Alvarez and Mr. Gererd Salonga who, for me, gave the right assessment to some of the scholars . Mr. Salonga was very frank to tell what he had observed and gave quite harsh comments to some of the scholars (actually, it was not that harsh, but it was just pure and intelligent observation of a maestro)
Four of the scholars were given a bad grade by the jurors that night that was composed of Jet, Bea, Sheng and Cris. Among the four probationary students, Bea was chosen by the mentors to be saved because as they asses, they see a lot of things to be improved to her singing capabilities inside the academy and because of her good looks (that was being said by Mr. Ryan Cayabyab, whoa! What a reason sir!)
Anyway, another scholar that was saved by the other Pinoy Dream Academy scholars by having their revised voting process was Cris. ( I agree!) although ,Mr. Salonga was not also mesmerized by her performance, I think the thing that saved her was her nice attitude towards the other students.
The two scholars that left hanging was sheng and jet, now it’s the people’s decision whose gonna be saved on Saturday! Now, who do you think deserves a chance to stay inside the pinoy dream academy season 2? Will it be sheng the karaoke singing master or Jet, the video jockey wanna be? it’s up for us to decide..
