KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez on their second movie When I met You
After the very successful first movie of KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez, “For the first time” which was produced by Star Cinema and was directed by Bb. Joce Bernal, the tandem of KC and Richard are back again on their second movie “When I met You” But this time, it’s under GMA Films and Regal Entertainment.
According to KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez, unlike their first movie where they are both pressured and tensed, they are now more comfortable with each other’s company since they have worked together for some time now and they now know each other’s working habit. In terms of the story, moviegoers will surely enjoy the movie because of its mature theme packed with and a hilarious comedy effect supported with their co stars who added the fun in the whole story. (Comedians, Charice Solomon and Bearwin Meily) as the valentine box office king, Richard Gutierrez narrated.
The story of the movie “When I Met You” is about two persons who are already committed to different people. But when Richard Gutierrez (who portrays a struggling cargo pilot named Benjie) got stranded in an island with KC concepcion (who works as a promo girl named Jenny), they both had second thoughts with their relationships. A story that could possibly happen in real life.
When I Met you is directed by the award-winning director, Joel Lamangan and started to shown in theaters yesterday, February 11, 2009. Premier night was set last February 9, 2009 at SM Megamall where a lot of their supporters came along to witness the successful premiere of their well-loved tandem. The movie will also have an international screening on February 12, 2009 at the Micronesia Mall, Guam. Could KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez be able to surpass the success of their first movie?
