PEP wins over Zorro: Richard Gutierrez
Kapuso Star Richard Gutierrez a.k.a Zorro lost this battle with or without his fellow “Kaballeros” as the Department of Justice (DOJ) dismissed the libel case that he filed against PEP worth Php 25 Million last April 13. The case is about the article that PEP posted last March 30, that Richard Gutierrez and Michael Flores had a gun-toting incident at the 40th Birthday party of Zorro Director Mark Reyes at the Oceana restaurant at the Seaside Boulevard in Pasay City.
Though the editor-in-chief of PEP Joan Maglipon had a public apology, kapuso star Richard Gutierrez didn’t accept it. Richard was disappointed with her admission since “she apologized for the wrong reasons”.
While Richard Gutierrez lets her legal counsil Atty. Angelica Y. Santiago handle what to do next, his mother Annabelle Rama has announced during an interview that “hindi pa tapos and laban”. She believes that Richard will still prevail since PEP had already admitted their fault and this is just round 1. As we all know when it comes to expressing ones feeling or frankness, Annabelle will surely tell you what is currently in her mind with a high pitch note.

hmn.. hindi nga naman totoo na nanutok ng baril si chard. pero may isa pa siyang kasama na siyang may dala ng baril.
