Richard Gutierrez sued by the wife of his Personal Assistant

Topbilled kapuso actor, Richard Gutierrez faces another “challenge” in his life after suing Philippine Entertainment Portal or PEP with a libel case and his near-death experience in a car crash resulting to a death of his personal assistant named Nomar Pardo last May 22, 2009 who works with their family for a long time.

Richard Gutierrez was the one solely driving his Nissan GTR sportscar that day passing through the road of Silang Cavite with his personal assistant Nomar Pardo and another passenger who luckily survived the accident likewise to Richard. But luck doesn’t seem to be as graceful to the young actor when the widow of his personal assistant Lorayne Pardo decided to make a move filing a “Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide” case against Richard Gutierrez last July 23, 2009 after 2 months of Nomar’s death.

According to Lorayne, she is just seeking justice for her husband. The 29-year old widowed of Nomar also revealed that Richard seems to forget his promises in terms of financial help for her two kids ages 5 and 3. “Wala pong nangyari dun, ni singko wala kaming nakuha. Wala lahat.” Lorayne also clarified that Richard Gutierrez was the one who offered her financial help and also promises to support the kids with educational plans, clothes, milk and food but the young actor failed to fulfill his word-mouth promises to Lorayne.

In an exclusive interview, Richard Gutierrez gave his reaction about Lorayne’s accusations towards him. Richard clarifies that aside from the educational plan that he was offering, he also offered a monthly financial support worth 12,000 pesos in cash for three years which is the monthly salary of Nomar Pardo. “Tinaggihan nila lahat ‘yun, lahat ng gusto kong itulong para sa kanila dahil ang gusto po nila ay four million pesos na cash. Napakabigat at hindi ko alam kung saan nila nakuha yung four million cash.” Richard Gutierrez wonders.
